On Friday, October 10, 2025, we will be hosting the bi-monthly birthday celebration for children born in September and October. The theme of this event is “Cooking Up Traditions”.

Beyond teaching children to express birthday wishes to their peers, the event will introduce two traditional Hong Kong snacks—“Tong But Lut (glutinous rice balls in syrup) and Wun Jai Chi” (imitation shark fin soup in a bowl)—highlighting their names and visual characteristics. Children will also get hands-on experience participating in a cooking activity with their classmates, encouraging social interaction and sparking an early interest in traditional culture.
