October 13, 2025 (Monday): K2 and K3 School Activity “Hong Kong Straighten Up Campus Campaign: Spine Dragon Training Program Level 1”

Spinal health is crucial for children, as good spinal health contributes to their overall development. Our school has invited the Children’s Spine Foundation to implement the “Spine Dragon Training Program Level 1” activity. The aim is to help K2 to K3 children strengthen body parts related to the spine through Monopoly games and spine protection games. The activity will allow children to learn spine protection knowledge, set spine protection goals, and review spine exercises to promote healthy development.

October 10, 2025(Friday) |September & October Birthday Party “Cooking Up Traditions”

On Friday, October 10, 2025, we will be hosting the bi-monthly birthday celebration for children born in September and October. The theme of this event is “Cooking Up Traditions”.

Beyond teaching children to express birthday wishes to their peers, the event will introduce two traditional Hong Kong snacks—“Tong But Lut (glutinous rice balls in syrup) and Wun Jai Chi” (imitation shark fin soup in a bowl)—highlighting their names and visual characteristics. Children will also get hands-on experience participating in a cooking activity with their classmates, encouraging social interaction and sparking an early interest in traditional culture.
